At place where neighboring local inhabitants evacuates to with outbreak of earthquake at one time, we perform return or movement to refuge after confirmation of security.

Safety evacuation area:
It is place that is safe from radiant heat caused by big fire at place that is suitable for refuge from large-scale fires.
