LET’S EAT AROUND THE WORLD, a program where we enjoy cooking while having international communication, will be held in March. This time we’ll be cooking some Mexican cuisine. There will be a small talk about the country and culture after the meal. Why don’t you join us to experience Mexican culture through its cuisine?
■MENU
Tacos –with salsa bandera-
Tacos is a Mexican dish consisting of a folded or rolled tortilla filled with various mixtures,
such as seasoned mince, chicken, or beans. Each family has their own recipe.
Guacamole
Guacamole, is a spread or dip made of avocados. The ingredients are mashed avocado,
chopped onion, tomatoes, chili peppers, and seasoning.
Elote en vaso -corn in a cup-
Elote en vaso combines sweet grilled corn with a tangy dressing, bright lime,
and fresh cilantro. It’s a fun traditional Mexican side dish.
*Please be aware that we do not provide Allergen-free version of the meal.

Su-san and Jorge-san will give us a brief lecture of Mexico.
There might be a chance to play Mexican BINGO game!
